I’m a firm believer that if you have the right gear, and if you’re properly prepared, exercising will be easier to prioritize. Having the supplies you need to squeeze in a workout will make it less intimidating and more top of mind — I promise!
As we inch closer to the summer, I know a lot of you are thinking of ways you can level up your wellness routine. To inspire you to get started (or to encourage you to revamp your current routine), I thought I’d round-up some of my favorite fitness products.
