Fitness has never been more convenient. Fit a workout in between meetings, while dinner is in the oven, or even during naptime! You only need a half an hour– that’s equivalent to the amount of time we spend creating an Instagram caption, watching a rerun of Friends, or folding laundry.  New videos are added weekly to our On Demand library– with Unlimited you get access to all of my workouts so you can create your own custom routine.

Class Descriptions

While classes vary weekly, here are some of our faves.

  • Get your heart rate up with this energizing cardio routine that targets your core muscles. Get ready to burn calories and gain lean muscle in a half an hour. 

  • Grab your resistance band and let’s tone our peaches and strengthen our core in just 30 minutes. That’s all it takes to feel the burn!

  • I’ll teach you easy-to-follow compound/isolation exercises and killer core moves that will get your heart rate up, all with minimal equipment and designed for any level of fitness.
