The Best Summer Workout Clothes
I posted an Instagram story a couple weeks ago and asked what kind of blog posts you were wanting to see from me. Many of you seemed interested in a summer workout clothes roundup so I pulled together this list of favorites for you!
I own most of these pieces and can’t recommend them enough. If you haven’t checked out any of these brands before, just know that they are made with such great quality and they’re surprisingly affordable.
I love wearing brighter workout sets during the summer months — it just feels right! Plus, I’m totally loving the workout dress and skirt trend. These finds are all so comfortable, whether you’re going on a long walk, lifting weights, or playing tennis.

I’m so obsessed with these pink shorts — they’re so girly and fun. I also love that they have a pocket!

Like I said, I cannot get enough of the workout dress trend. I’m planning on living in this one all summer.

This brand has the most unique workout tops. They always have cute designs and fabric colors that I don’t really see elsewhere.
Shelf Tank Bra
I’m a big fan of a workout top that has a built-in shelf bra. Even if you still need to wear a separate sports bra, having the extra support is nice.
All in One Set
Wearing just one piece of clothing is a game changer on hot summer days. This set is ideal for walking, weightlifting, or even just for wearing while playing with your kids.
Breeze Running Shorts
You can never have too many neutral running shorts. These are lightweight, breathable, and they don’t ride up.
Seamless Shorts
If you’re looking for some shorts with a tighter fit, this high-waisted pick is one of my go-to’s.

This dress comes in several pretty colors, and it’s cute enough to wear out and about.
Align Tank Top
If you haven’t worn the Align Tank Top yet, you need to get on it! This is such a staple in my workout wardrobe — the fabric is so soft and it’s made with such great quality.
